Opening ceremony of the exhibition «HISTORY OF THE RUSSIAN STATE IN PERSONS» will take place on December 7, 2016 at 5.00 P.M. in the state museum-centre «PREODOLENIYE» named after Nikolay Ostrovsky.

From 16 till 30 of November 2016 in the Memorial Museum of Marina Tsvetaeva ANNUAL ART PROJECT «THE PORTRAIT OF RUSSIAN FINE WORD» presents EXHIBITION «HISTORY OF THE RUSSIAN STATE IN PERSONS» devoted to the 250-anniversary of NIKOLAY MIKHAYLOVICH KARAMZIN.

At the beginning there was a Word. Since the first times the Word was a basis of the Russian culture. The word described historical chronicles, reflecting events by feather and brush, creating unique literary works. The word in consciousness of an artist was displayed in image, expressing the most significant events. The word and the artist go in parallel.
