Svetlana Andreyevna Kouznetsova, the Vice-Chairman of the Volga Department of Russian Academy of Arts addressed those attending.
Margarita Yurievna Siourina, Project Leader, Moscow artist, introduced the Exhibition Project.
Anatoliy Vasilievich Uchayev, the People’s Artist of Russia, the Honorary Citizen of Saratov took the floor on behalf of Saratov’s artists.
Valentina Alexandrovna Kibalnikova, who had donated rare archival documents to the Saratov Regional Local History Museum, with her final words of gratitude, closed the meeting.
