On the 5^th of September, 2013, the Memorial Plate to A.P. Kibalnikov was opened in Moscow at the address of Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya, 15/1, on the wall of the building where the Sculptor had lived and worked since 1952 to the end of his life.
